Shipping Related

• What shipping method are available?

  All order on our website is with free shipping (USA Only). You will get your order ship by China Post, Post Malaysia, DHL, Royal Mail... etc with Track & Trace to ensure delivery without customs problems.

• How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

  We need 2 to10 business days to proceed with your order. You will get it within 3 to 5 business days by DHL or 10 to 21 business days by China Post /Post Malaysia once the tracking number we provide to you appears online. Please check here for business days means

• Why you need so many days proceed the order? Why can't you ship it the same day?

  We need to test your watch to make sure you get it with accurate time (Please search Valley Watches at Telegram to check how we works). Some watch will proceed via Malaysia (need more time) to ensure not so many parcel ship from same place.

• Which shipping company you use?

  We ship your order by DHL. If your order is seized by custom, we will use Air Mail from China or Malaysia.

• Can I have overnight shipping by paying extra?

  No, we do not have overnight shipping methods for rolex replica watches.

• Is there any tax charging to me?

  We use 2 different camera and 1 hd video camera to show product we sell. Any email with related with this topic will be ignored to save our time.

• Can the watches be collected from somewhere in the Malaysia or China please?

  No. We only deal online.
